Adding wiki pages to the left navigation bar

  • The left navigation bar is project specific, auto-generated, but customizable.
  • The left navigation bar can contain links to wiki pages or external URLs

Use the wiki form to add a page to the left navigation bar

  • The Labels and Topics on the wiki editing form (Figure 1) are used to create the text and dividers in the left navigation bar.
    • Labels are link text in the left navigation bar
    • Topics are the light teal headers.
  • Once a topic has been created, it can be reused.
  • A new topic can be created at any time.
  • Only pages without a parent page will show up in the left navigation bar.
  • Child pages are listed at the bottom of their parent page.
